Real Estate, education and housing is the bedrock of a great society.  Northeast Ohio Housing Advisors & Advocates (NOHAA) is a 501 (c) (3), unbiased, non-political, non-sectarian, member network organization of experienced and knowledgeable Real Estate Investors that care about the real estate and the housing and commercial Real Estate needs within our communities.

NOHAA’s objectives is to offer its members educational and social opportunities and Contractor/Real Estate Investor Referral Support Services via the NOHAA website as well as attending the NOHAA educational knowledge sessions and other NOHAA sponsored  functions.  NOHAA offers educational knowledge sessions on a wide variety of topics ranging from real estate (commercial and/or residential) Landlord safety, gun safety for Landlords and Real Estate Investors, home repair, obtaining the right bids & Contractor, how to become a public housing Landlord, finding the right tenants, background checks, financing, taxes & mortgages, safety and security and other important topics focused on real estate. NOHAA offers Contractor Referral support via the NOHAA website such as (Real Estate Agents and Brokers, Bankers, Architects, Accountants, Insurance Agents, Title companies, Trades people such as Roofers, Flooring, Plumbers, Electricians, Painters, Concrete, HVAC and others). NOHAA also offers Contractors the opportunity to gain more Customers through NOHAA’s Business referral support service network. NOHAA members also have the opportunity to provide advice and also gain knowledge from other NOHAA members within the member network.  As a member of NOHAA you will gain the support of many Real Estate Investors.
